My favorite mammal is a little guy called the Hoary Bat (Lasiurus cinereus), the most widely distributed bat in North America. They are even in Hawaii. They have a lovely hoar of white.
Your art is gorgeous! I love all the colors you use. I enjoy drawing mammals too, but I’m not very disciplined! I’m a field technician working with bats this summer, and you certainly do these fascinating critters justice. I love the hoary bat!
My favorite mammal is the muskrat.
